Jim is a Lutheran Pastor and a long-time advisor and Human Services Commissioner for the City of Bellevue and now a resident of North Bend. Since moving here, Jim generously shares his knowledge with SV Housing Task Force.

Chris has an engineering background and serves as a consultant on commercial and multi-family housing developments throughout the Pacific Northwest. ADG is a Minority-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise. His business is headquartered in Snoqualmie, and lives nearby in unincorporated King County.

Ann recently joined the Umpqua Bank Affordable Housing team after decades of work in commercial lending for US Bank. While her office is in Spokane where she manages all affordable housing projects in Washington State, Ann is actively involved in our SV Housing Task Force efforts.

Scott has been involved in our early years as a presenter to previous SV Affordable Housing Forums. He and his firm have been involved in some of the most iconic affordable housing developments in the Pacific Northwest.
