Tim Locke

Tim has been in active in the development, refinancing and rehab of affordable housing and community facility projects in the Pacific Northwest since 2003, when he joined King County Housing Authority to work on the Authority’s HOPE VI public housing master redevelopments. With KCHA, J.H. Brawner & Co., and currently with Bellevue’s Downtown Action to Save Housing (now “CIRC Living”), Tim has extensive experience in project development and portfolio repositioning utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits, New Market Tax Credits, affordable housing operating subsidies and a variety of other municipal and regional public funding sources. Tim has consulted for a variety of Public Housing Authority and non-profit clients.

Tim has a Master of Urban Planning Degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington.
