Kelly Coughlin is the CEO of the SnoValley Regional Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Coughlin brings a wealth of experience in the nonprofit and public sectors, specializing in Economic Development for more than a decade.

Here in Snoqualmie Valley, she served as the executive director for the Mount Si Food Bank. She understands that despite the relative wealth many enjoy here, there are families need a safe and supportive community. Housing, jobs, and dignity are important to individuals and families. Kelly is determined that this community can work together to ensure everyone succeeds.

That passion carries over to her work advocating for local businesses. At the SnoValley Chamber of Commerce, she was at the forefront of helping businesses through the toughest times of the pandemic. She hosted weekly Zoom calls to connect people and resources. She made sure businesses applied for federal relief programs and assisted

local governments in getting important CARES Act and ARPA funds. Snoqualmie Valley has a true champion in her work as the CEO for the Chamber.In addition to her Chamber role, Kelly serves on the King County Affordable Housing Committee, as an exofficio member of the Snoqualmie Economic Development Commission, a member of the regional transportation task force, and the South East Area Legislation Task Force Committee.
