David Miller

He was a visiting lecturer for Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ and in California with the Golden Gate University Masters in Public Administration degree program. David has served as executive director of a municipal redevelopment agency, and development manager for joint development projects for a major transportation agency.

Mr. Miller has a bachelor of arts degree in Environmental Design - Architecture from the University of Washington and is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners and the American Planning Association. He is  a member of the American Public Works Association. He is a former board member of theCalifornia Chapter of the American Planning Board and the California Chapter of the American Planning Association. His experience also includes serving as lecturer for APWA Management Class series for certifications.

He is an avid blues, rock, bluegrass and jazz musician, both keyboard and guitar, and enjoys swimming, mountain biking, reading, and gardening. He and his wife Susanne have four grown children.
